The meeting went well, it was a lot less formal than I thought it would be. We got to meet the teacher Noah will have if we don’t get the variance and she seems very nice. She only has 9 students in her class right now and it’s a mix of Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades. It’s a shame all the After School programs around home are full or we could start with her right away.

The other school we are looking at is closer to work and I have found a great After School program. We’ll meet with the other teacher, apply for the variance and see what happens.

I spoke with the Staffing Specialist today and she is working on Noah’s Education Plan. We will meet next Tuesday to discuss it. How exciting! She also gave me some good advice on applying for the variance and indicated that we chose a good school. Another step closer…
